N-octyl triethoxysilane HC-304 CAS 2943-75-1
  1. Inorganic Filler Surface Modification
    Suitable for surface treatment of calcium carbonate, talc, kaolin, wollastonite, mica powder and glass fiber. It improves the compatibility and dispersibility between fillers and plastic, rubber and resin matrix, reduces mixing viscosity, enhances tensile strength, impact toughness and heat resistance, widely used in modified plastics, rubber compounds and composite materials.
  2. Building Materials Waterproof and Anti-Corrosion
    Applied to permeable waterproof and protective treatment of concrete, natural stone, ceramic tile, gypsum and cement-based materials. It penetrates into material capillary pores to form permanent hydrophobic layers, prevent rainwater, moisture and chloride ion infiltration, inhibit steel bar corrosion and concrete carbonization, ideal for bridges, municipal projects, exterior walls, underground tunnels and waterfront buildings.
  3. Coatings, Adhesives and Sealants
    Used as adhesion promoter, hydrophobic additive and crosslinking auxiliary agent for solvent-based and water-based coatings, architectural adhesives and sealants. It improves bonding strength on glass, metal, aluminum alloy and concrete substrates, and enhances coating water resistance, weather resistance, stain resistance and scratch resistance.
  4. Metal Surface Anti-Rust and Anti-Corrosion
    Used for surface treatment of carbon steel, aluminum, copper and alloy materials.
