Propyl triethoxysilane isocyanate (IPTS) is used for impregnating glass fibers and inorganic silicon-containing fillers, which can improve the performance of various composite materials. Isocyanate propyl triethoxysilane (IPTS) is an excellent glass fiber treatment agent, which enhances the mechanical strength, electrical properties and anti-aging performance of composite materials. It is widely used in the surface treatment of glass fibers in polyethylene crosslinking: unsaturated resins, polyethylene, polypropylene resins and other glass fiber reinforced plastics, as well as in the synthesis of special coatings. Product Application Of
Propyl triethoxysilane isocyanate (IPTS), when applied to mineral-filled phenolic, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, carbonate and other thermoplastic and thermosetting resins, can significantly enhance the physical and mechanical properties such as dry and wet flexural strength, compressive strength and shear strength, as well as the wet electrical properties of reinforced plastics. And improve the wettability and dispersion of fillers in polymers.
Isocyanate propyl triethoxysilane (IPTS) is an excellent adhesion promoter and can be used in polyurethane, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic adhesives and sealants. It can improve the dispersion of pigments and enhance the adhesion to glass, aluminum and iron metals. It is also suitable for polyurethane, epoxy and acrylic latex coatings.
