Applications

  1. Glass Fiber Treatment
    Improves mechanical strength, electrical properties and aging resistance of composites.
    Enhances moisture resistance and compression resilience when added to phenolic binders for glass wool and mineral wool.
    Used for synthesis of amino silicone oil and emulsions.
  2. Mineral-Filled Resin Composites
    Applied to phenolic, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, carbonate and other thermoplastic/thermosetting resins.
    Greatly improves dry/wet flexural strength, compressive strength, shear strength and wet electrical properties.
    Enhances filler wettability and dispersion in polymers.
  3. Adhesives & Sealants
    Excellent adhesion promoter for polyurethane, epoxy, nitrile and phenolic adhesives/sealants.
    Improves pigment dispersion and adhesion to glass, aluminum and iron.
    Suitable for polyurethane, epoxy and acrylic latex coatings.
  4. Resin Sand Casting & Grinding Wheels
    Strengthens bonding between resin and silica sand, improves sand strength and moisture resistance.
    Improves bonding and water resistance of phenolic binders for grinding wheels.
