Applications

1. Si75 is a proven multifunctional organosilicon additive for the rubber and tire industry.
   • Improves elastic modulus and tensile strength of rubber
   • Significantly enhances abrasion resistance and compression performance
   • Reduces rubber viscosity and lowers processing energy consumption
   It is ideal for rubber formulations with hydroxyl-containing fillers in polymers or blends containing double bonds.
   • Suitable fillers: silica, silicate, chalk, etc.
   • Suitable rubbers: natural rubber (NR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), isoprene rubber (IR), butadiene rubber (BR), nitrile rubber (NBR), ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber (EPDM), etc.
2. Compared with Si96, Si75 features lower-activity disulfide groups, providing more reliable scorch safety.
