Chemical Characteristics
Solid Si69 is a sulfur-containing silane coupling agent with carrier. It has triethoxysilyl groups and tetrasulfide groups in molecular structure. The ethoxy group hydrolyzes and bonds with hydroxyl groups on inorganic fillers such as silica and silicate; the tetrasulfide group reacts with rubber molecular chains during vulcanization. It improves the interface bonding between inorganic filler and rubber matrix, optimizes processing performance and mechanical properties of rubber compounds. Solid type overcomes the disadvantages of liquid Si69 such as difficult metering, easy adhesion and moisture hydrolysis.

Tire Industry
Specially used for silica-filled green tire formulations. It reduces rolling resistance, improves wet skid resistance, abrasion resistance and overall durability of tires.
General Rubber Products
Widely applied in conveyor belts, rubber hoses, rubber shoes, sealing parts and shock-absorbing rubber. It lowers Mooney viscosity, improves filler dispersion, enhances tensile strength, tear resistance and dynamic fatigue resistance.
Inorganic Filler Modification
Suitable for surface treatment of precipitated silica, kaolin, talc and silicate fillers. It changes filler from hydrophilic to hydrophobic, improves compatibility with rubber, and allows higher filler loading.
