Applications
This product is a blend of silane coupling agent Si69 and N330 carbon black. It provides the same functions as Si69 while being easier to handle.It improves the physical and mechanical properties of rubber:
- Significantly increases tensile strength, tear strength and abrasion resistance
- Reduces permanent deformation
- Lowers compound viscosity and improves processability
Functions in Rubber Products
- Acts as a coupling agent for non-black fillers
- Maintains vulcanization balance and improves anti-reversion property
- Serves as a vulcanizing agent to provide excellent heat-aging resistance
