Main Applications
- Used as a crosslinking agent for bonding plastics, nylon, ceramics, aluminum, etc., with silicone rubber
- Mainly used as a curing agent for one-component room temperature vulcanized (RTV) silicone rubber and as a synthetic raw material
- Used as an inhibitor and additive for synthetic rubber
- As a coupling agent for one-component RTV silicone rubber; cures without heating, ideal for heat-sensitive components
- Acetoxy groups are more reactive than methoxy/ethoxy groups, providing faster decomposition and stronger adhesion to aluminum alloy, nylon, glass, ceramics, etc.
