Overview
This product is a new patented titanate coupling agent. It combines the dispersibility of phosphate ester and the coupling performance of titanate with excellent surface activity.
It can replace Ten10-70 (Daxson, USA) and Texaphor 963 (Henkel, Germany) in coatings, and is widely used in plastics and rubber for activating various pigments and fillers. It is the ideal special additive for carbon black and dark color masterbatches.
Composition
Composite phosphate monoalkoxy titanate (contains multiple active groups with complex structure)

Application Scope
- Dark color masterbatches (polyolefin systems)
- General inorganic and organic pigments & fillers
- Coatings, plastics, rubber, inks, etc.
Features
- No external heating required for high-speed dispersion
- Increases pigment loading and makes product color deeper
- Improves dispersion, eases processing and boosts efficiency
- Products feature bright color, high gloss and good aging resistance
- Prevents flooding & settling, improves adhesion in coatings and inks
Usage Method
- Dilute the product with solvent at a ratio of ≥1:1.
- Spray evenly onto pigments under high-speed stirring and continue mixing for several minutes.
- Discharge for later use or add carrier and other additives following the original process.
- Can also be added during grinding (pre-treatment method yields better dispersion).
Solvent Selection
- Plastics: liquid paraffin (white oil)
- Rubber: 200# solvent oil or machine oil
- Coatings: 200# solvent oil or isopropanol
Precautions
- Dissipate heat promptly after high-speed treatment to avoid thermal degradation.
- Shelf life: 2 years when sealed and stored at room temperature.
