• Melting point: ≤ 45℃
• Decomposition temperature: ≥ 268℃

Main Applications

1. Composite Materials

   Improves thermal stability and surface smoothness of composites.

   Increases filler loading, reduces resin consumption and lowers cost.

   Especially suitable for PVC pipes, profiles, cable compounds and other resin products.
2. Inorganic Filler Surface Treatment

   Suitable for surface treatment of calcium carbonate, kaolin and other inorganic materials.

   Enhances filler hydrophobicity and dispersibility, improves mechanical strength and reduces water absorption of finished products.
3. Rubber

   Kaolin treated with TMC-132 used in rubber compounds improves tear strength and tensile strength, and can partially replace white carbon black.
