Performance

Surfactant for pigments and fillers, providing excellent dispersion and coupling between organic and inorganic materials.

Dosage

0.5%–2.0% based on total weight of pigments/fillers
Recommended dosage: 1.0%
Optimum dosage to be confirmed by testing.

Application Scope

  • Fillers & pigments: light/heavy calcium carbonate, kaolin, wollastonite, talc, clay, metal oxides
  • Polymer systems: polyolefins, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, alkyds, acrylics
  • Masterbatches: filling masterbatch, reinforcing masterbatch, flame-retardant masterbatch, rubber masterbatch

Features

  • Increases filler loading in plastics and rubber processing
  • Improves flame retardancy and strength of finished products
  • Enhances pigment grindability, productivity and extrusion flowability
  • Suitable for mixed plastic-rubber fillers
  • Ideal for light-colored and white products, delivering brighter color

Usage Method

  1. Dilute with solvent and spray onto pigments/fillers under high-speed stirring.
  2. Continue mixing for 5–15 minutes.
  3. Add other formula components and proceed with the original process.
Diluents: isopropanol, liquid paraffin, solvent oil, etc.

Precautions

  • Avoid contact with water; otherwise hydrolysis will occur.
  • Shelf life: 2 years from production date.
