Performance
Surfactant for pigments and fillers, providing excellent dispersion and coupling between organic and inorganic materials.
Dosage
0.5%–2.0% based on total weight of pigments/fillers
Recommended dosage: 1.0%
Optimum dosage to be confirmed by testing.
Application Scope
- Fillers & pigments: light/heavy calcium carbonate, kaolin, wollastonite, talc, clay, metal oxides
- Polymer systems: polyolefins, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, alkyds, acrylics
- Masterbatches: filling masterbatch, reinforcing masterbatch, flame-retardant masterbatch, rubber masterbatch

Usage Method
- Dilute with solvent and spray onto pigments/fillers under high-speed stirring.
- Continue mixing for 5–15 minutes.
- Add other formula components and proceed with the original process.
Diluents: isopropanol, liquid paraffin, solvent oil, etc.
Precautions
- Avoid contact with water; otherwise hydrolysis will occur.
- Shelf life: 2 years from production date.
