Applications & Features

• Miscible with water in any ratio
• Excellent dispersant, stabilizer and anti-settling agent for water-based paints and inks
• Improves water resistance, abrasion resistance and washability of paint/ink films
• Enhances filler loading and thixotropy
• Extends the shelf life of paints and inks
• Suitable for dispersion of calcium carbonate, carbon black, silica, wollastonite, kaolin and various pigments in water-based systems

Dosage

Usage Method

1. Dilute 1:1 with solvent, then spray evenly onto pigment/filler under high-speed mixing.
2. Mix for 5–15 minutes before discharging for later use or adding during grinding.
3. Can also be diluted with water, soaked and then dehydrated.

Solvent Options

Precautions

• Ensure heat dissipation when discharging for storage.
• Warm gently in a water bath if high viscosity causes difficulty in use.
• Shelf life: 2 years when sealed and stored at room temperature.
