This product is a composite, synergistic coupling agent containing bimetallic atoms, providing better coupling effect.

Application Scope

Suitable for polyethylene, PVC, unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane, rubber & plastic, ink, paint, coating systems.

Suitable for surface treatment of pigments and fillers:

kaolin, carbon black, calcium carbonate, talc powder, mica powder, silica, wollastonite, clay, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, etc.

Dosage

General dosage: 1.25%–2.5% based on filler weight

Recommended dosage: 1%

Usage Method

Put inorganic filler into a high-speed mixer.
Heat to 90℃–110℃, then add the coupling agent.
Mix for about 10–15 minutes from addition to discharge.
