INTRODUCTION

文本文字

It mainly includes vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane (Vi-PDMS) and vinyl-terminated polymethylvinylsiloxane (Vi-PMVS). Products with different viscosity and vinyl content can be provided as required.
Vinyl silicone oil is classified into vinyl-terminated silicone oil and high-vinyl silicone oil. It is the main raw material for addition-cured liquid silicone rubber and silicone gel, and is used as a modifier for compound rubber, plastic additive, reinforcing material, etc.

Technical Specifications

  • Appearance: Colorless or pale yellow transparent liquid
  • Volatile matter: ≤1.5% (150℃ × 2hr)
  • pH value: 6–8
  • Viscosity (25℃, mPa·s): Customizable as per customer requirements
  • Vinyl content (%): Customizable as per customer requirements

Applications

  1. Used as the base material for producing high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (HTV). It is blended with crosslinking agent, reinforcing agent, colorant, structure control agent, anti-aging agent and other additives to prepare HTV raw rubber.
  2. Used for manufacturing liquid silicone rubber, which is the main material for injection molding silicone rubber.
  3. Reacts with polyurethane, acrylic acid and various organic materials to produce new materials with improved performance (weather resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, enhanced toughness, etc.). It is an important raw material for coatings and modified silicone oil.

Vinyl-Terminated Silicone Oil

It is vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane with stable quality and low volatility.
It is the main raw material for addition-cured liquid silicone rubber, silicone potting compounds and silicone gels; also used as a modifier for compound rubber.

High-Vinyl Silicone Oil

It is polydimethylsiloxane with double vinyl-terminated or methyl-terminated and vinyl groups in the middle chain. It features stable quality, low volatility, no yellowing and no crosslinking.
It is the main raw material for addition-cured liquid silicone rubber, silicone potting compounds and silicone gels; also used as modifier for compound rubber and plastic additive.
