Applications
With excellent performance, phenyl silicone oil is widely used in many fields of daily life and production.
- Replacement for methyl silicone oilIt excels in low-temperature resistance, high-temperature resistance, lubricity and compatibility.
- Low phenyl silicone oil: Ideal for applications requiring high cold resistance.
- Medium/high phenyl silicone oil: High thermal stability and good radiation resistance; used in heat treatment baths, high-temperature heating oils, GC stationary phases, and high/low-temperature lubricants for electrical/electronic equipment.
- High-temperature greases (with carbon black, lithium soap or MoS₂): For high-temperature fan bearings, ball bearings, automotive engines, textile dryers, etc.
- Hydraulic, instrumentation & electrical insulationWidely used in hydraulic systems, instruments and electrical insulation.
- Phenyl vinyl silicone oil & phenyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil: For high-temperature & radiation-resistant addition-cured silicone rubber.
- Hydroxyl-terminated phenyl silicone oil: As fabric finishing agent to improve smoothness, softness, hydrophobicity and oleophobicity.
- Internal additive for plastics: Improves processability due to good compatibility.
- Cosmetics & LED encapsulation
- Better compatibility with cosmetic ingredients than methyl silicone oil; stable to heat and UV, with unique luster; used in skin care, hair care products.
- Methyl phenyl silicone oil with suitable viscosity and high transparency: Used as LED encapsulation material due to high light transmittance, high refractive index, good thermal stability and radiation resistance.
