Properties
HC-N323 Amino Silicone Oil contains diamino groups in the molecule and has at least 2 reactive groups at the terminals. It can self-crosslink to form films or elastomers, with excellent film-forming and adsorption properties.
Molecular structure:
R₁R₂(CH₃)SiO[(CH₃)₂SiO]ₘ[(R₃)(CH₃)SiO]ₙSi(CH₃)R₁R₂
Where:
- R₁, R₂ = methoxy or alkoxy groups
- R₃ = aminoalkyl group containing primary and secondary amines
It exhibits strong adsorption to human hair and textile fibers (cotton, wool, silk, linen, etc.), binds tightly with active groups on hair/fibers, and forms a durable protective layer, providing long-lasting softness, smoothness, luster, abrasion resistance, crease resistance and wash resistance.
It has higher self-crosslinking ability than HC-N322.

Applications
- Used for formulating special mold release agents.
- Treats fibers (cotton, wool, linen, silk) to deliver soft, smooth and elastic hand feeling; especially suitable for materials requiring high resilience.
- Other applications to be developed.
Usage & Dosage
- For soft finishing of textiles (cotton, wool, linen, silk): emulsify first, then add the emulsion to the post-treatment washing bath and mix evenly. Dosage depends on fabric and technical requirements; typically 0.3–1% (solid content) of the washing bath.
- For other applications: determined by customer formulation.
