HC-2011 Emulsified Silicone Oil is an aqueous emulsion of dimethyl silicone oil.

Molecular formula of dimethyl silicone oil: (CH3)3SiO[(CH3)2SiO]n-Si(CH3)3

It is a milky white aqueous emulsion of novel synthetic polymer material, featuring excellent smoothness, softness, good chemical stability, low surface tension, outstanding leveling and anti‑sticking properties, as well as being environmentally friendly and non‑toxic.

Applications

Daily chemicals: Used in skin care creams, body washes, shampoos and other cosmetic formulations to provide excellent softness and silky feel.
Rubber, plastic, latex, polyurethane and light industry: Used as mold release agent, isolating agent and brightener for rubber, plastic, latex, polyurethane products and handicrafts.
Textile and apparel industry: Used as softener, hand feel improver, sewing thread lubricant, garment fusing auxiliary agent, etc.
Leather and leather chemicals: Used as softener, hand feel agent and brightener when compounded with other additives.
Pharmaceutical, food, chemical, coating and building materials industries: Used as lubricant.
